GTG· Customer Case | Brazilian Certification is No longer a problem
In recent years, with the acceleration of the globalization process, an increasing number of Chinese enterprises have begun to set their sights on the Latin American market, especially Brazil, an important economy. At the beginning of this year, A certain intelligent robot company - specializing in the research and development and production of intelligent following vehicles (hereinafter referred to as "Company A") - received an important order from Brazil.
01 Numerous difficulties: Technical and delivery issues
The products of Company A adopt Ultra-Wideband (UWB) technology. Due to the high difficulty in testing UWB products, there are only a few testing and certification institutions in China that can undertake such tests. Company A attempted to contact several testing and certification institutions, but these institutions either lacked certification experience in Brazil or were not familiar with the detection methods of UWB technology. Under the pressure of delivery, Company A made a bold decision and rashly sent the unscanned samples directly to the local laboratory in Brazil for testing. The result is obvious. The EMC test of this product failed, which led to the stagnation of the certification and directly affected the delivery schedule. Company A is facing the risk of order cancellation or even compensation.
Just at this moment, Company A learned about GTG on the online platform.
02 GTG's professional support: Provide solutions promptly
After learning about the requirements of Company A, GTG dispatched the group's global market access experts for communication and provided them with multiple regulatory details for exporting to Brazil. After the final cooperation was reached, GTG immediately formed a dedicated service team to provide all-round support for the problems it faced. Firstly, in response to the issue of preparing the fixed-frequency prototype, the RF engineers from GTG, after thoroughly understanding the technical configuration of the customer's product through a teleconference, promptly provided a targeted solution and remotely assisted in completing the software burning and hardware optimization. Within one week, Company A successfully completed the debugging of the fixed-frequency prototype and the RF pre-scan test. Meanwhile, in response to the failure of EMC testing, GTG's global market access experts closely contacted the local certification body in Brazil, deeply discussed the regulatory requirements and testing details, and communicated and coordinated with the Brazilian laboratory in multiple late-night meetings to identify the root cause of the previous failure. They promptly arranged for the replacement of the faulty parts.
03 Help enterprises obtain certificates smoothly
In addition, thanks to the in-depth cooperative relationship between GTG and the Brazilian official institution, the Brazilian ANATEL certification certificate was successfully obtained before the expected cycle, and Company A delivered the products to the Brazilian buyer on schedule. Not only did it avoid possible compensation for order breach of contract, but it also rebuilt the trust between them and the buyers. This time, with the professional support of GTG, Company A has saved a large amount of costs - including possible breach of contract compensation for order delays, sample repair issues, technical bottlenecks, logistics problems, and so on.
After obtaining the certificate, the contact person of Company A told GTG, "Thanks to GTG's strong support, this is the first time our company has successfully obtained the Brazilian certification!"
04 Open the door to the Brazilian market for Chinese enterprises
This year, GTG specially invited a certification officer from the Brazilian official certification body to China and held a global market access seminar in the conference hall of GTG's headquarters. During the meeting, both sides signed a cooperation agreement on the theme of "Deepening Strong Alliances and jointly Expanding the Market", aiming to move forward hand in hand and provide better services to customers together.
GTG will continue to leverage its advantages in global market access to help more Chinese enterprises successfully enter Latin America and other international markets. If you have any needs, please feel free to contact GTG. We will serve you wholeheartedly!
