Today, I will introduce you to the UL1993 standard, the test method and judgment standard of the lamp cap, let's get to know it together.
Method of measuring lamp cap:
Through gauge, screw the lamp cap into the gauge with a force of less than 0.56 NM to determine whether the center contact of the lamp cap can touch the top of the gauge, and then turn the lamp cap back two times, hold the gauge with the lamp cap facing up, and the sample cannot be removed from the gauge. Open down
Stop the rule, the sample lamp cap is facing upwards, place the stop rule on the lamp cap, do not apply any force, only rely on the weight of the stop rule to force the lamp cap to determine whether the center contact of the lamp cap exceeds the top of the stop rule.
Judgment standard of lamp cap gauge test:
Through regulation, the center contact of the lamp holder must be able to touch the top of the through regulation and the lamp cannot fall off after two turns.
Stop the regulation, the center contact of the lamp holder cannot exceed the top of the stop regulation.
